Some people have had problems getting the DVD to work on their Macintosh DVD ROM Drives. We are looking into fixing this for issue 2. In the meantime, here is the information provided by Apple that should get the DVD to work. If you are still having problems, return the DVD and receipt for a full refund.

1. Eject the DVD-Video disc.

2. Press the Command, Option, and I keys while inserting the DVD-Video disc. This will cause the computer to read the disc as an ISO 9660 formatted disc, rather than a UDF formatted disc. If the disc appears on the desktop, but has the DVD emblem on its icon, then it has not been accessed in the correct format. To access it correctly, control-click the icon and select "Mount as ISO 9660" from the contextual menu. The disc will become available with a generic icon.

3. Quit the Apple DVD Player application if necessary.

4. Open the Apple DVD Player application.

5. Play the movie. It should play, but you may still see the error message if the DVD-Video disc doesn't have an ISO 9660 volume.
